Understanding sizes can sometimes be confusing, especially when shopping for infants and toddlers. If you are in a rush or buying as a gift or not sure on the size the child needs; age is the best place to start. Our sizes are generally true to a UK average sizes. If the recipient is larger or smaller than average buy accordingly, remember babies and children will always grow into something that is bought in a larger size than needed (getting a kid to shrink in to clothing is much trickier).

Size Specifications for Baby Clothing and Children's Clothing

Our size guide provides specific measurements in centimeters and inches, tailored for various age groups. To ensure accurate fit, it's essential to consider both height and waist measurements. Below are the details you need:

• Newborn: 51cm x 29cm (20 1/4" x 15 1/2")

• 0-3 Months: 60cm x 43cm (23 ¾” x 17”)

• 3-6 Months: 69cm x 45cm (27 ¼” x 18”)

• 6-12 Months: 75cm x 48cm (29 ½” x 19”)

• Age 1 -2: 83cm x 50cm (32 ¾” x 19 ¾”)

• Age 2 -3: 90cm x 51cm (35 1/2" x 20")

• Age 3 -4: 97cm x 512m (38 1/4" x 20 1/2")

Tips for Choosing the Right Size

When selecting clothes for your child, or particularly someone else's child it can be tricky. Kids and babies can be wriggly a the best of times. We recommend if you can only get one size, height is the most important one, particularly for rompers as our fabrics are stretchy they are forgiving on the waist. Remember that children grow at different rates, so it's advisable to refer back to the size guide regularly, especially as they approach the next age category. If your child is on the higher end of the growth scale, consider opting for the next size up for a more comfortable fit.

Our bibs are adjustable and suitable from newborn through to toddler with our adjustable snaps on the back. The booties are designed to accommodate a range of sizes while ensuring that they remain snug without being restrictive. The adjustable elastic which goes around the heel generally means you can adjust the shoes to stay on your child within the age range. However if your child has particularly wide or long feet we recommend sizing up, if they are slightly too big when they arrive just adjust the elastic knot to suit.
