Just to give you a quick run down of how our ordering process goes and what happens when.
Choose your items
Add the items to your basket as you shop throughout the online store, select the garment you would like and check the size as you add it to the basket.
If you can't find what you are looking or you would like some recommendations or ideas, we will be more than happy to discuss our products with you, just drop us a message via our contact form.
Pop in your card details at the check out and then sit back and relax and let us do the work
We receive your order
When we get your order, this first thing we do is a little happy dance, YAY! someone has chosen to order from us, and we think that is really awesome of you, so thanks! If your item is in stock or ready made we will have it shipped out to you within a couple of days, we usually use Royal Mail for this and you will receive a tracking number.
If your item is going to be made to order, first we check the fabric and get our patterns out, cut your order and follow any special instructions for custom orders. We then carefully sew your item up and add any poppers and finishing. During busy times this may take up to a week, remember your item is being specially made just for you, we are not Amazon or mass produced and good things always come to those who wait.
Getting your order ready for delivery
When the item is ready, it is packaged for dispatch, we will usually wrap the order in tissue paper and use one of our recycled carbon neutral mailers to send it out to you, these are currently bright green, so you won't miss it!
The delivery details are used to send it to the address supplied. Keep an eye on your inbox for an order confirmation and any shipping information. If you don’t see a message, check your junk folder and confirm that the email address entered at checkout was correct.
Delivery timing can vary according to the item and destination, so a personalised order may not arrive as quickly as an off-the-shelf purchase. If you’re ordering for a birthday, celebration, or special occasion, it’s sensible to allow extra time rather than leave the purchase until the last minute. If you let us know if there is a date you need it for (preferably before ordering) we will always try and do our best to help.
